1. Service Agreement

By engaging TV Repair Singapore for TV repair services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Service Scope

TV Repair Singapore offers diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for various types of televisions, including:

  • LCD TV repairs
  • LED TV repairs
  • Plasma TV repairs
  • Screen repairs
  • Power issues
  • Internal component replacements

3. Estimates and Charges

  • Before proceeding with any repair, TV Repair Singapore will provide an estimate of the costs involved.
  • Charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Any changes in cost will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.

4. Warranty

  • All repairs performed by TV Repair Singapore come with a limited warranty of 90 days from the date of service.
  • This warranty covers only the specific repairs conducted and parts replaced.
  • The warranty does not cover new issues or pre-existing conditions not addressed during the initial repair.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
  • We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
  • The repaired TV will be returned to the customer only after payment is made in full.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personal data and recordings are backed up before submitting their TV for repair. TV Repair Singapore is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

7. Third-Party Warranties

Repairs conducted by TV Repair Singapore may void existing manufacturer or third-party warranties. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and understand the implications for any warranties prior to engaging our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TV Repair Singapore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the repair process, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of use of the equipment

9. Repair Outcomes

  • Not all issues may be fully resolvable due to the nature of electronic repairs.
  • TV Repair Singapore will inform the customer if a repair cannot restore full functionality.
  • We may offer partial refunds or alternative solutions at our discretion.

10. Parts and Components

  • High-quality parts are used for all repairs.
  • In cases where original parts are not available, equivalent substitutes will be used. Customers will be informed of any such substitutions in advance.

11. Pickup and Delivery

  • TV Repair Singapore offers pickup and delivery services for an additional fee.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the TV is securely packed for transport.
  • TV Repair Singapore is not liable for any damage incurred during transit if not properly packed by the customer.

12. Modification of Terms

TV Repair Singapore reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website and at our service center.

13. Disposal of Customer’s Equipment

  • Equipment not collected within 90 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at TV Repair Singapore’s discretion.
  • Customers will be notified before disposal, and reasonable efforts will be made to contact them.
